Nicolai D. Russev, Doctor of History, European Civilizations Department senior lecturer.
Born in 1958. In 1987-1998 – member of the Academy of Science (the republic of Moldova). Successfully upholding of «Lower reaches of Danube and Dniester of Moldavian and Valchian principalities forming times. Problems of Cities History of XIII-XIV cc.» thesis. In 1992-1997 – professor of the State University of Moldova and Kishinev Pedagogical University. Since 1994 together with collegues from the National Ukraine Academy of Sciences Institute of archaeology and Copengagen University engaged in total archaeological research in «Lower Trojan Swell» microzone in the South of Bessarabia. Since 1998 functions in the High Anthropological School, since 2001 – Rector of the High Anthropological School. Editor of the 6th part issue (numizmatics and epigraphy) of «Stratum plus» international magazine. Scientific interests: Historical Anthropology (economical and social processes), Records study, archaeology, numizmatics, Problems of Mental Structures reconstruction. Author of more than 100 publications, including books «On the turn of Worlds and Epochs», «Coins of Medieval Moldova», «Republic of Moldova history», «European regents», «And… the Slavs spread across the Earth».

Igor V. Manzura, Doctor of history, Anthropology and Social Technologies Department senior lecturer.
Born in 1956. From 1973 till 1999 functioned in the Academy of Science (the Republic of Moldova) Archaeology Institute department. In 1984-1985 – probation period in USSR Academy of Science Institute of archaeology in Leningrad. In 1985-1989 postgraduate studies in USSR Academy of Science Institute of archaeology in Leningrad. On upholding «Transition period from Aeneolith to Bronze Age in Lower Dniester Prut regions.» doctoral thesis in 1990. In 1990 became participant of field archaeological school in Sutton Hoo organized by York University (England). Beneficiary of scientific grants, bursar of Alexander von Humboldt fund (Germany) and IREX (USA). Carrried out personal programmes in California University in Los Angeles (1993-1994) and Heidelberg University in Germany (1997-1999). Scientific Interests: archaeology of Brazen and Bronze Ages in South Eastern Europe, problems of cultural transformation and interaction during the Brazen Age on the territories of South eastern Europe, archaeology of early Indo-europeans. In 1999 became member of the High Anthropological School teaching staff - Vice-rector, Academic. Responsible editor of second part issue of «Stratum plus» international magazine devoted to neolithic, aeneolithic and Brazen Ages. Author of more than 50 scientific works. Head of «Orlovka: dialogue of epochs and cultures» project. Participant of «Rudi – Maetonium: the stratigraphy of the region» project.

Roman A. Rabinovich, Doctor of History, Vice-Rector, Science.
Born in 1962. In 1979 started working as junior laborant assistant in Republic of Moldova Academy of Science Institute of archaeology and Ethnography. Became senior scientific officer. In 1991-1993 – scientific probation period in Russia Academy of Science Institute of Material Culture. Special postgraduate studies in 1993-1996. Successfully upholding Ph. D. Thesis in 1997. Participant of archaeological excavations such as Ethulia, Donceni, Scoc, Old Orhei, Branesti, Alchedar, Rudi, etc. Conducted archaeological excavations on Medieval Site of ancient settlement Germanariy (North Moldova). Scientific interests: History, archaeology, Eastern, South Eastern and Central Europe peoples spiritual culture and ideology in Middle Ages, Cultural and Historical interactions of these regions in early Middle Ages. Author of more than 30 scientific works, including repeatedly re-issued «Russian History. From Riurich till Nikolay» course of lectures. Works on two monographies – one is concerned with reasearchaes of Cultural and historical processes in Carpathian-Dniester territiries in IX-XIII cc.; and the other sets up new hypothesis of historic volochs in Balcano-Carpathian area origin. In the High Anthropological School functions as Vice-rector, science. Besides R.A. Rabinovich is constant editor-coordinator of «Stratum plus» international magazine.
