Summer Field Schools of Anthropology, Archaeology and Ethnography

There are three field schools in H.A.S. (of Anthropology, Archaeology and Ethnography) that work in summer.

Laboratory of archaeological materials studies

Laboratory of archaeological materials office studies and storage work in H.A.S.. Materials gathered during H.A.S. expeditions in Moldova are kept in specially equipped storage.

H.A.S. scientific library

H.A.S. library was founded in 1998. At the heart of its lays principle of higher education institute specialization – cultural anthropology and adjoining domains. At the present moment library has all the possibilities of educational process support. Total quantity of the reserves – 14390 books (1015 manuals), total number of titles is 8379, including 517 periodicals. 127 book titles fall to the share of every H.A.S. student.

Stratum Plus Journal

Since 1999 the High Anthropological School issues the international periodic magazine "Stratum plus" devoted to actual scientific problems of cultural anthropology and archeology.
