Boris P. Rybakin

Born in 1949.

In 1974 graduated from M.V. Lomonosov Moskow State University, from 1977 till 1981 had been taking postgraduate studies – wave and gas dynamics department.

From 1974 till 1977 was functioning as an ingeneer in Republic of Moldova Academy of Science Institute of Mathematics.

From 1981 till 1987 – junior research associate in Republic of Moldova Academy of Science Institute of Mathematics. In 1986-1987 – scientific adviser of «Mathematical Modeling of the Process of the Elastic Plastic Wave Propagation in Multilayered Media Under Impulse Load» project.

From 1987 til 1993 – upholds «Difusion of blast wave in heterogeneous elastic plastic environment» thesis. In 1988-1990 – scientific adviser of «Numerical modeling of hyper-velocity throwing at rigid body» project; in 1987-1992 - head of «ZOND» project; in 1989-1990 - head of «The numerically researches of processes of splitting at impulse and explosive loading» project.

In 1993-1994 – senior research associate in Republic of Moldova Academy of Science Institute of Mathematics.

From 1994 till 2001 was functioning as assistant professor in Republic of Moldova Academy of Science.

In 1993-1995 – head of «Modeling of the landfill gas emission» project; in 1995-1997 – head of «Use of multiprocessor transputer system for solving tasks of mathematical physics» project; in 1997-1999 – head of «Development and creation of effective parallel methods and algorithms for multiprocessing systems» project.

In 2002 successfully defended thesis for a Doctor’s degree on the use of computer techiniques, mathemetical modelling and mathematical methods in scientific researches – «Mathematical modelling of non-stationary processes».

In 2000 – 2003 – head of «Cercetarea si elaborarea algoritmilor paraleli pentru solutionarea unor probleme ecologice» project; in 2001 – 2004 – scientific adviser of INTAS «Release and combustion of pressure-liquefied gases: experiments and modeling» project; in 2003 – 2005 - head of CRDF «Mathematical modeling of the process of solid waste biogas generation for solid waste behavior forecasting, monitoring and management» project.

Since 2000 functions as head of Administration and Informational Technologies Department in the High Anthropological School.

Scientific interests: nuclear explosion blast waves effect processes on elastic plastic environements, nuclear explosion models in soft soil near the free surface, mathematical modelling and computer programming for solving tasks of hyper-velocity micrometeorites collisions with spaceship sheeting to model crater formation and multi-layered barriers piercing, modeling of the process of solid waste biogas generation, creation of parallel methods and algorithms for multiprocessing systems.

Republic of Moldova Academy of Science «Mathematics» magazine editorial board member.

Author of more than 50 scientific works.

In High Anthropological School gives courses of Mathematical Modelling of non-stationary processes, Parallel Algorithms, Visual Fortran, Builder C++, Visual C++, Visual Basic, Scientific graphics and visualization, Programming in Windows environment,Technology of Programming.
