Born in 1958.

In 1980 graduated from I.I. Mechnikov Odessa State University department of History.

In 1987-1998 – member of Republic of Moldova Academy of Science. Successfully upholding of «Lower reaches of Danube and Dniester of Moldavian and Valchian principalities forming times. Problems of Cities History of XIII-XIV cc.» thesis.

In 1992-1997 – professor of the State University of Moldova and Kishinev Pedagogical University.

Since 1994 together with collegues from National Ukraine Academy of Sciences Institute of archaeology and Copengagen University engaged in total archaeological research in «Lower Trojan Swell» microzone in the South of Bessarabia.

Since 1998 functions in the High Anthropological School heading History of the Civilization department, then – dean of Cultural Anthropology Department.

Since 2001 – heads the High Anthropological School.

In 2000 – successfully upholding of «Moldova in the second half of XIII – first third of XIV cc.» doctoral thesis in St. Petersburg.

Editor of the 6th part issue (numizmatics and epigraphy) of «Stratum plus» international magazine.

Head of «Discovery of Bulgaria» project. Number of the complex expeditions in Ukraine and Moldova participant.

Participant of the number of Moldo-Bulgarian scientific projects such as «Áåñàðàáñêèòå áúëãàðè çà ñåáå ñè» and «Áúëãàðèòå â Ìîëäîâà: öåííîñòíè îðèåíòàöèè».

Scientific interests: Historical Anthropology (economical and social processes), Records study, archaeology, numizmatics, Problems of Mental Structures reconstruction.

Author of more than 100 publications, including books «On the turn of Worlds and Epochs», «Coins of Medieval Moldova», «Republic of Moldova history», «European regents», «And… the Slavs spread across the Earth».

Gives lectures: Introduction in Anthropology, Medieval Europe history of civilizations, Complex Source study.
